Step 1:
All standard shipping orders come with free shipping. The listed price for website products includes standard shipping and all applicable taxes. Customers don’t need to pay any extra fees. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for specific charges.
Step 2:
Before placing an order, customers can refer to the website specifications. If you need changes in color, wire length, or light bulb color temperature, please contact our customer service team. We offer free customization services. For more details, please email Info@colearts.com.
Step 3:
Upon receiving an order, we will send an order confirmation email. Customers have a 12-hour window to cancel their order.
Step 4:
We inspect and photograph all lighting fixtures before shipment. We will ship products in stock within 1-5 working days. If you need us to provide you with inspection photos before shipping, you need to make a note on your order. If you forget to make a note on the order, you can send us an email within 2 hours after placing the order.
Step 5:
We will arrange the transportation method based on the size of the lighting fixture. Expedited shipping takes 10 – 20 working days, while Standard shipping takes 20 – 30 working days.
Step 6:
Upon receiving your order, please promptly inspect the lighting fixtures. If you see any damage, take photos or videos. Then, contact our customer service team right away. We will assist you with free returns or exchanges.
Step 7:
We offer a 2-year warranty from your purchase date. The bulb is not covered by the warranty. You can request a replacement within two years of installation. We also provide free replacement parts if any small components get damaged. These parts include crystal connectors, etc.
